Talent Acquisition Assistant, PVH Asia Pacific

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Providing administration and analytical support to the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Have frequent interaction with candidates, new and existing employees, and is expected to contribute to a positive experience and first impression and as an ambassador of company’s culture to both internal and external contacts.

  • Posting vacancies both internally and externally onto PVH Careers Website and local job boards.

  • Partner directly with Human Resources Business Partners and Hiring Managers to coordinate interviews at a fast pace.

  • Following up with Hiring Managers to ensure that all interview/assessment notes are collated.Rejecting and giving feedback to unsuccessful candidates.

  • Focus on candidate experience in all communication with candidates and when coordinating candidate travel arrangements as needed.

  • Manage visa sponsorship management and relocation processes as needed .

  • Providing account reports/statistics/analytics and collating and presenting this information in a presentation format.

  • Ownership of quarterly recruitment/talent communications, with content input from the wider HR team.

  • Facilitate and manage pre-employment reference check process, including updates and monitoring to ensure efficient processing.

  • Manage and promote the summer internship and employee referral program.

  • Act as LinkedIn and Workday Recruiting SME for the TA and HR Business Partner teams

  • Analyze talent acquisition processes; recommend improvements. Including but not limited to, pre-employment background/reference checking, ATS and posting resources.

  • Prioritize, organize, and manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently

  • Act as first line support to employees with queries regarding TA activities, responding promptly and accurately.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years work experience as corporate recruiter or agency recruiter in a customer-facing professional business environment.

Education:

BS or BA in HRM, Business or applicable field.
