Project Manager, Talent Development - PVH Corp.

Support the Talent Development group in the design, development, execution, and measurement of the PVH U Leadership Academy. This position consults with stakeholders across the company to support the overall talent development needs of the business.


  • Create and maintain all project documentation to support the leadership development programs (project plan, briefing decks, facilitator guides, marketing material, etc.).

  • Consult with internal and external stakeholders to foster partnerships and ensure seamless communication/execution of projects/tasks.

  • Support the design, development, and implementation of talent development programs for the organization including executive, leadership, general business, and custom development programs.

  • Write, design, develop, edit, and maintain various guides, handbooks, and presentations for a variety of audiences (new hires, individual contributors, managers, senior leadership) that encapsulate and summarize Talent Management policies/practices relevant to the audience.

  • Evaluate, enhance, and document processes and work flows.

  • Coordinate assessments and related developmental planning support/tools.

  • Create and monitor online portals and sites.


  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably working in an HR and/or Talent Management role.

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources from an accredited college or university


  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Project management expertise and/or certification.

  • Experience managing complex projects and with designing and managing various Talent Development initiatives.

  • Proven ability to operate independently and to effectively prioritize work based on business needs.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/work streams.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with teammates and business partners, including international teams.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • BA/BS degree required, preferably in Organizational Effectiveness or related field. Master’s a plus.

  • Experience in creating presentations and conducting briefings to diverse audiences up to and including executive leaders.

  • Familiarity with assessment tools and development planning practices.

  • Able to interpret data and synthesize to ensure audience understanding.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint sites.

  • Experience with LMS a plus.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with ability to listen, understand and account for different perspectives, and respond appropriately to varied audiences.

  • Positive and team-oriented attitude with proactive approach and strong work ethic.
