Manager, North America Digital Marketing - CALVIN KLEIN
This is an instrumental role on the North American Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing. The role oversees performance marketing strategies within the United States. This position partners closely with the business units internally, focused primarily on supporting initiatives for CALVINKLEIN.COM business (US & Canada), but also has omni-channel exposure, extending to Wholesale & Retail Stores for increased transparency and partnership.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Management of the external Digital Agency focused on Performance Marketing tactics, driving traffic & conversion supporting CALVINKLEIN.COM, both in US & Canada.
Stewardship of all Performance Marketing strategies, inclusive of SEM, SEO, Affiliate programs, via coordination with Digital Agency.
Oversee prioritization and execution of SEO projects including development
Responsible for marketing and launch cadence inclusive of briefing in assets for site and paid media
Assist in the planning, execution, day-to-day management and analysis of digital marketing initiatives.
Manage direct response campaigns to KPIs, including volume and efficiency goals
Analyze media and creative performance through clearly defined success metrics, and implement learnings for campaign optimizations • Build and execute test & learn roadmap for continued growth and evolution of media program
Execute digital marketing initiatives as needed to create compelling and engaging digital programs that will drive business growth and impact consumer perception
Partners closely on managing the ecommerce marketing calendar with the business unit on key product initiatives, new arrivals, seasonal messaging, promotional events and automated programs.
Partners with product market team to identify stories for North America Digital and assisting to establish the marketing strategy
Assists Director with the management of North American Digital E-Commerce Marketing budget across all paid channels
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
4-8 years equivalent experience, preferably within a brand organization
E-commerce Marketing experience required
Management experience in the Digital space, with a focus on Direct to Consumer & Performance Marketing strategies inclusive of SEM & SEO.
Understanding of, and ability to communicate, the Calvin Klein brand aesthetic
Education: BA in Marketing/Communications, Business or Liberal Arts.
Strong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic and excellent communication
Extensive site analytics skills; experience actioning data to support business decisions
Strong presentation skills, ability to influence others
Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines
Experience working cross-functionally, works well with Creative, CRM, Developers, Merchants, IT, external vendors.
Must be proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency
