Entertainment Public Relations Coordinator - Tommy Hilfiger

The Entertainment PR Coordinator will support the daily operations, administrative needs, and projects for the department. The position is responsible for EPR research and reporting, event preparation, coordination of product for celebrity wardrobing requests, and any additional projects assigned by the VP in support of the communications team. Due to the fast pace and dynamic nature of this department this person must be extremely organized, trustworthy, hardworking and detail oriented and have great style and presence.


  • Responsible for organization and office administrative tasks and projects for Entertainment PR

  • Update and maintain media database, event lists and digital files.

  • Research celebrity news, nominations, upcoming events and premieres

  • Maintain celebrity and daily appointment calendar and reports

  • Prepare show/event folders and travel binders

  • Book client travel and accommodations

  • Service celebrity dressing requests. Support stylists/clients for sample pulls and send outs. (Fashion GPS - tracking/Messengers/Fedex)

  • Assist and prep for VIP fittings

  • Coordinate retail VIP pulls/consignments/gifting. Update VIP discount list

  • Maintain celebrity samples and archives

  • Prepare and send press releases for VIP wardrobing

  • Research and compile VIP press hits

  • Assist in sending out of look books, gifts, and special event invitations

  • Support the communications/global teams for special events, fashion shows and initiatives including staff support, prep, invitation lists, budgets, dressing and press recaps


  • 1-3 years’ experience in Fashion PR

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PPT, Word and Photoshop and an understanding of social media

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and create procedures to improve operation efficiency

  • Detail oriented/innovative traits are necessary. Must be flexible to adapt to changing trends of business and projects

  • Needs to be proficient in understanding product information and storing all information in an organized way

  • Great taste and understanding of styling techniques and tailoring is key

  • Strong PR skills , fashion awareness and positive projection is a must
