Director, Omni E-commerce Strategy - Tommy Hilfiger

The Director of Omni Ecommerce Strategy is responsible for the e-commerce account portfolio to all channels of distribution. They will directly manage e-commerce-only accounts in the US for men’s, women’s, accessories & the adaptive product offering to strategically maximize sales opportunity, enhance the customer shopping experience, and deliver brand consistency. In addition, they will indirectly support the Sales team on site enhancements to maximize conversion on macys.com and with other Omni channel accounts. This role is the voice of all digital accounts for the division and has the role of influencing the management team to new digital opportunities in the market.

• Tommy Hilfiger Men’s & Women’s Accessories

• Tommy Hilfiger Adaptive Men’s, Women’s Boys, Girls & Accessories


  • Responsible for the overall digital presentation of Adaptive, Tommy Jeans, and Accessories on all customer websites across all channels

  • Become the expert in SEO and lead efforts to maximize traffic/sales revenue for wholesale partner sites

  • Partner with TH marketing team to develop marketing budgets and allocation for best ROI

  • Lead the sell-in & go-to-market process for Omni and pure play accounts

  • Accountable for achieving wholesale internet channel sales budgets

  • Partner with sales leaders, account executives and merchandising team across all tiers of business to define strategies and scope supporting initiatives to drive digital penetration

  • Responsible for developing, communicating and ensuring execution of product, merchandising, marketing and sales strategies for all TH digital accounts

  • Manage Omni account strategy working closely with the account executives on communication and execution of ecommerce and product assortment, merchandising and digital initiatives

  • Analyze ecommerce business and identify risk and opportunities in partnership with associate site merchant and account executive

  • Explore new digital account opportunities for the division

  • All channels-process management (flow of samples for shoots, master calendar for content requirements and needs by account)

  • Support Senior Management from cross-functional teams in the development of business strategies and communication tools

  • Act as liaison to partner ecommerce teams across PVH to share learnings, build best practices, leverage PVH structure in negotiating digital strategies across account base


  • College degree

  • 6-8+ years of experience with proven results in e-commerce / Omni-channel

  • Ability to lead a presentation with confidence

  • Strong understanding on the digital landscape and actions needed to grow the business

  • Proven track record creating and implementing Omni strategy

  • Excellent time management and strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral - PC Skills- MS Office and MS Outlook

  • Advanced retail math skills

  • Responsible to be proactive in providing solutions and recommendations for items affecting sales goals, product strategy or retail performance

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines

  • Creates procedures to improve operations efficiency

  • Detail oriented/innovative traits are necessary

  • Must be able to find the best solutions and develop methods to improve efficiency

  • Must be flexible to adapt to changing trends of business and/or ad hoc projects

  • Must be strong in relationship building – both internal and external

  • Identifying issues and putting into place effective solutions/scheduling/managing market calendar

  • Self-starter, solutions oriented, driven for results, product oriented

  • Some travel and transporting samples required
