Creative Director Web Marketing - PVH Corp.


The Creative Director, Web Marketing leads and oversees digital creative strategy, development and implementation for PVH Heritage Brands. They will collaborate in partnership with the Creative Brand Team staff on strategy, planning and process. They will ensure that all digital creative represented in e-commerce, wholesale and advertising fulfills business objectives while adhering to brands standards. Reporting to the Senior Director of Web Marketing, this role is responsible for developing fresh creative ideas and inspiring an engaged and dynamic team. Working with the Asst Art Director, they will also ensure specialized wholesale and ecommerce web designers have the assets and direction they need to complete their projects. This role will be a primary point of contact for digital related projects, bridging print marketing, e-comm, PR, IT, social media and sales teams.


  • Lead and manage web marketing creative development. Collaborates on marketing strategy development with other key stakeholders, including Brand Marketing, Styling, Ecommerce, Sales, Public Relations, Sponsorship, Information Technology, Media and Social Media teams; ensure alignment with brand strategy and support of brand initiatives.

  • Serve as internal digital marketing thought leader; helping to identify digital marketing trends, new technologies, evolving best practices, competitor activity, and testing opportunities that help drive business.

  • Partner closely with e-commerce team to ensure strategies, tactics and executions sufficiently support business needs.

  • Partner with wider Brand Marketing team to advance/align digital marketing art direction and asset creation.

  • Act as primary marketing representative on digital projects involving NY Marketing, LA Marketing, Ecommerce and Wholesale teams to assess needs/concerns, facilitate execution of projects between groups.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops to develop and maintain operational process to support Ecommerce, Wholesale and wider digital marketing initiatives.

  • Collect, synthesize and analyze KPI's and metrics to identify trends and recommend activity or design direction to generate sales growth and maximize conversion rates.

  • Lead or participate in the execution of all e-commerce, wholesale and wider digital marketing initiatives, including timing, asset collection, creative development, approval process, development process, QA and launch.

  • Manage and direct a team of web designers to ensure digital design and marketing needs are met.


Experience: 10-12 years

Education: Degree/Certification in Web Design or proven work experience equivalent


  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

  • Expertise with prototyping and web design tools, such as, Sketch, Figma, Principle, Zeplin, etc.

  • Expertise creating responsive web interfaces and digital experiences

  • Proficiency creating wire frames and UX/UI

  • Ability to efficiently convert print design to web

  • Knowledge of best practices in interaction design

  • Working experience with HTML, CSS, and JS

  • Understanding of site testing and QA stages

  • Very strong visual design skills

  • Experience with designing for cross browser compatibility

  • Ability to communicate and articulate ideas clearly

  • Engaging in feedback related to the creative review process

  • Experience with planning and managing photoshoots

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to juggle projects and meet deadlines

  • Fashion Experience preffered
