Client Support Specialist II - PVH Corp.


Provide technical expertise and high-quality IT support to customers on moderately complex issues. Ensure quality support with a high degree of customer service, expedient response time, and accurate information.

This role focuses primarily on client support for the Madison Ave. location of the organization.


  • Solve technical issues in accordance with PVH standard using pre-established guidelines and/or research. Escalate complex issues to senior team members while ensuring service timeliness and high satisfaction delivery.

  • Coach junior help desk associates on quality support methodologies and communication skills through appropriate training and feedback sessions.

  • Track support issues and provide update reports on all support activities

  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies in order to provide technically accurate solutions to customers.

  • Participate in team projects that enhance the efficiency of help desk services. Attend technical training sessions and potentially assist in conducting trainings.

  • Coach junior help desk associates on quality support methodologies and communication skills through appropriate training and feedback sessions.




  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing IT support.

  • Must have experience supporting executives.


  • Technical degree is required.


  • Understand relevant operating systems, applications, and/or languages.

  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.



Internal: All levels across IT organization and IT customers.

External: None.


Solve moderately complex IT issues and assist in making solutions recommendation.


Requires strong communication, problem solving, and technical writing skills in order to provide customer with positive support experience.


Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must be willing to work outside of regular business hours.
