Le titulaire du poste serapportera à la Chef Principale Ressources Humaines et s'engage à traiter quotidiennement tous les problèmes de RH de nos clients internes faisant principalement partie des équipes de gestion au détail. Les zones de responsabilités comprennent notamment les relations entre employés, le recrutement, la gestion de temps, la rémunération, la formation et le perfectionnement, la conformité à la loi, les politiques et procédures ainsi que le développement organisationnel.

Le titulaire de ce poste supervisera les activités d'un coordonnateur des RH et sera amené à voyager environ 20 % du temps.

Responsabilités :

  • Bâtir de solides relations de travail avec les équipes de gestion

  • Former les gérants quant aux problèmes de relations entre employés et de gestion du rendement.

  • Supporter des discussions annuelles concernant le talent afin d'identifier toute lacune de formation ainsi que les hauts potentiels.

  • Effectuer des visites annuelles en boutique pour encadrer, former et appuyer les gérants de boutique en matière de RH.

  • Offrir des mises à jour trimestrielles en matière de RH ainsi que des opportunités de perfectionnement aux superviseurs de terrain.

  • Aider les les gérants de boutiques à assurer le bon déroulement des ouvertures et fermetures de boutiques.

  • Évaluer et résoudre les plaintes en matière de loi du travail comme celles signalées à la Direction provinciale du travail.

  • Superviser les processus de santé et sécurité afin d'en assurer la conformité à la législation provincial.

  • Collaborer sur les initiatives en matière de RH pour les groupes de clients variés des sièges sociaux, de la vente en gros, des boutiques de détails et du centre de distribution, et y participer.

Qualifications :

  • Posséder de 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines avec des clients internes et externes

  • Détenir un baccalauréat en ressources humaines, ou l'équivalent;

  • Expérience en relations de travail/employé

  • Être bilingue;

  • Posséder de solides compétences d'établissement de relations, de compétences interpersonnelles et de communication;

  • Être polyvalent, dynamique et débrouillard.

  • Expérience en commerce de détail (un atout)

Here is your opportunity to join this leading organization and dynamic HR team as an HR Manager, for our Saint-Laurent based office. The incumbent will report into the Senior HR Manager and will provide daily support on all HR issues to the internal customer base of mostly retail management. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to Employee Relations, Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation, Training and Development, Legislative Compliance, Policies and Procedures, as well as Organizational Development.

This position may oversee the activities of an HR Coordinator and requires traveling of up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Build solid working relationships with our retail management staff

  • Coach Managers on employee relations and performance management issues

  • Support annual talent discussions to identify training gaps and high potentials

  • Conduct yearly store visits; coach, train and support Store Managers on all HR matters

  • Prepare quarterly HR updates and development opportunities for the Field Managers

  • Assist Store Management in ensuring smooth store openings and closures

  • Investigate and resolve labor complaints, such as those escalated to provincial labor boards

  • Oversee Health and Safety processes to insure compliance with provincial legislation

  • Support the HR initiatives for the various client groups of corporate, wholesale, retail and distribution center.

Qualifications:

  • Between 2-4 years of HR experience in a client-facing role

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent

  • First-hand experience dealing with Employee Relations

  • Bilingualism

  • Strong relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Adaptable, dynamic and resourceful

  • Retail experience (an asset)
