Part-Time Administrative Asst. - PVH Corp.
The growth of the Finance and Risk group has created the need for a part-time administrative assistant to provide administrative support to the Project Manager, Finance and Risk, as well as the department teams. The position requires good interpersonal, organizational, and technical administrative skills. Accuracy is of particular importance in this position.
Provide general administrative assistance and organization including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling meetings, distributing mail, filing, copying, faxing, scanning, data entry, T&E reports, invoice coding and processing, escorting visitors, sending email or written correspondence.
Ensure the utmost confidentiality of any data pertaining to those projects and activities of the office requiring such security.
Proactively manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing communications, including external/internal mail, telephone calls, reports, etc.
Execute other associated responsibilities as directed.
Make travel arrangements/Itineraries.
Able to communicate with employees and management of all levels, including external customers.
Assist in coordinating onsite and offsite meetings, conference calls, and video conferences with business partners.
Experience: 2-3 years
Education: High School, Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree
Detail oriented and highly organized
Excellent at handling changing priorities; multi-tasking
Strong prioritization & follow-up skills; strong sense of urgency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to draft correspondence with minimal direction
Must be proactive and resourceful with all tasks
Strong knowledge of Excel, Work, PowerPoint and Outlook
