Benefits Analyst - PVH Corp.

Responsibilities

  • Assist management in the development of communications and timelines and metrics tracking

  • Provide support with vendor Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

  • Assist with the review of various plan documents

  • Support annual Open Enrollment, benefit fairs and events; ad-hoc projects

  • Work collaboratively with other departments

  • Ensure benefit plans are set up correctly in HRIS system according to plan provisions and regulatory guidelines

  • Oversee the transmission of vendor integration files; audit files and review error logs

  • Participate in the implementation of new systems, vendors and benefit plans

  • Partner with HR and disability vendor to ensure proper plan management and facilitate positive employee experience

  • Serve as reference for team member questions and concerns

  • Serve as a key member of the PVH Wellness team and support various wellness initiatives

  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of applicable health and welfare experience, including leaves of absence

  • Working knowledge of health and welfare plans including life, disability, flexible spending and health savings accounts as well other voluntary and ancillary benefits

  • Familiarity with state and federal laws, i.e. ERISA, FMLA, New York Paid Family Leave

  • Strong analytical capability and the ability to work on complex problems; in-depth analysis of situations/ data

  • Ability to conduct various financial analyses as it relates to health care spend, budget reporting, etc.

  • Ability to initiate, prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; establish strong working relationships with employees, managers, vendors and maintain confidential and sensitive information

  • Knowledge of and/or ability to interpret applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify current trends

  • Must be flexible and have the ability to work independently or as a team player

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills required

  • Experience with HRIS systems; Workday a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree required
